Official opening of VGP Park Horní Počernice

On 15th November, an official opening of the industrial VGP Park Horní Počernice took place in Horní Počernice; the construction, which we keep informing you about, was launched in spring of this year.

At the present time, the first three buildings have been completed and handed to be used by their new tenants, which include companies such as Lekkerland, Siemens VDO Automotive, Sikla Bohemia, Satrema or RM Gastro. Yet with the completion of the first three halls, the development of the park has only begun. The construction of consecutive buildings is already at a full tilt; these will be handed to their first tenants at the beginning of 2007. In view of the excellent location of the industrial park, we are also planning to build two office buildings, featuring around 5.000 m2 of office premises each.
