About project

VGP Park Frankenthal is located at Kreuz Ludwigshafen, just 15 minutes from Frankenthal and 10 minutes from Ludwigshafen. The site is adjacent to the A61 motorway connecting to the A6 Frankenthal-North junction point. The town of Ruchheim is located only 5 minutes distant from the site.

On an area of 174,800 m2, VGP plans to develop more than 147,000 m2 of class-A semi-industrial premises suitable for logistics, industrial and commercial activities. Frankenthal is known as a traditional industrial city, has excellent infrastructure, and is located on or near major motorways.
